We’re pleased to be able to announce that The Lighthouse has won the Best Feature Film Award at the 2017 Carmarthen Bay Film Festival. The film screened at the festival’s opening night with a Q and A attended by actor Mark Lewis Jones, director Chris Crow and producer David Lloyd.
David also attended the award ceremony on Thursday the 11th of May, where he was honoured to receive the award on behalf of everyone involved in the making of the film. The award recognises the hard work and dedication that went into making the film what it is. Given the limited budget and a challenging shoot and post-production, we’re really pleased that the film has been so well received by its viewers, and those that judged it for the festival awards.
We’re pleased to announce the The Lighthouse is now available to book on OurScreen.com.

With a number of glowing reviews, Cruel Summer is one of the most distinctive and compelling UK Horror débuts of the 21st century, and Dogs of Annwn Ltd are proud to have been involved in bringing the film to completion. In the meantime, we’re actively seeking distribution beyond the UK and Ireland, to which end we have launched our International Trailer. We’re pleased to be able to bring you this first peek into the film.
The Post Production process has been a fairly long one for us, but we’re now on the home stretch as the visual effects, music and sound mix have all been completed. The Visual Effects proved to be an enormous task, but our small team has delivered some truly engrossing and terrifying images, which really put you out there at sea with the characters. (more…)
