Founded in 2009, Dogs Of Annwn are a BAFTA winning British film production company dedicated to creating exciting commercial films.
Our first feature Devil’s Bridge was released in 2012 by eOne and received a Theatrical, DVD and VOD release in the UK and VOD / DVD distribution in Scandinavia, Australia and New Zealand.
Our second feature The Lighthouse was released in 2016 by Soda Pictures and received a Theatrical, DVD and VOD release in the UK. In 2017 the film was nominated for 5 BAFTA Cymru awards and won the award for Special and Visual Effects. It also picked up the Best Feature Film award at the Carmarthen Bay Film Festival.
Dogs of Annwn are currently expanding their post-production service and developing a number of exciting new projects including Conquest, a Dark Ages epic and 44, a gritty World War II action thriller.

Chris is a Writer/Director, whose debut feature ‘Devil’s Bridge’ (Dogs Of Annwn, Kraken Film And Motion) was picked up for distribution by eOne and enjoyed a theatrical release followed by VOD and DVD. Chris then Directed and co-wrote ‘Panic Button’ (Movie Mogul) which received its World Premiere at Film4 FrightFest in 2011 and has sold to territories around the world. Chris followed that up with ‘A Viking Saga: The Darkest Day’ (Lindisfarne Films) which was released in 2013 by Signature Entertainment (UK) Grindstone (North America) Condor Entertainment (France) and Tiberius Film (Germany). In 2014 he wrote and directed ‘The Lighthouse’ which was released in the UK through Soda Pictures in 2016. Alongside directing, Chris has also Executive Produced on 441 Film’s Cruel Summer, released in the UK in 2017.
David worked for the BBC for a number of years, on the production side of news programming and new media. He left the BBC in 2006 to form his business Day Trip Media, alongside his role as one of the directors of Dogs Of Annwn. Having co-produced ‘Devil’s Bridge’ with Chris Crow and Vern Raye, David has continued to develop projects with Chris, including ‘Conquest’. David recently produced ‘The Lighthouse’ which filmed at the end of 2014 and released in the UK by Soda Pictures in 2016 and worked as an Executive Producer with 441 Films for their 2017 release ‘Cruel Summer’.
